Terms and Conditions

All consignments are booked by the Company from the Consignor in good faith in respect of the contents thereof:-

1. You may carefully note that your consignment must not contain any letter or communication which will infringe the INDIAN POSTAL ACT. 1898. Cheques, Drafts, Files, Stationery. Documents, Negotiable instruments, Bank papers, L.Cs and such other documents are not barred from being sent through courier service. We accept Documents and Non-documents in good faith that they do not contain anything, which will infringe the Law.

2. Consignments, which are of Hazardous Nature (Chemicals, Flammable Articles and Liquids) expressly prohibited by the RAILWAY / AIRPORT AUTHORITY OR ANY OTHER TRANSPORT AGENCY, shall not be accepted.

3. We request you not to enclose cash/cash coupons in the courier consignment and not to book Jewels, Textiles, High-value gift articles, Share Certificates and Travel documents. Our liability in cases of any Loss or Damage to the consignment shall not exceed Rs.100/-

4. We request you to declare the value of the consignment in the consignment note at the time of booking.

5. When you book your shipment, please ensure that whether the network has an office at the destination where your consignment should reach. If there is no office at the network kindly give special instructions to the operations staff and ascertain the delivery details.

6. We request you to ensure that the consignment is properly packed with thick paper material to withstand the handling.

7. You should book all Your TENDER DOCUMENTS in advance so as to reach their destinations on time. When booking such documents they should ensure that the consignee’s full address, designation, specific department name and tender opening time is written legibly on the consignment. This will ensure prompt and speedy delivery.

8. If more than one consignment is booked to the same consignee, it has to be ensuring that the full address is written on all the consignments.

9. Consignments addressed to Ministry Offices and Central Government Offices in New Delhi is put in the box at the gate, due to security reasons as per the direction of the Central Government.

10. You have to hand over all their consignments before the specified CUT-OFF-TIME for on-time delivery.

11. The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising due to confiscation of shipments by any Government Agencies due to lack of proper documents.

12. The company shall not be liable for any loss arising due to the causes beyond its control such as Floods, Accidents, Fire, Theft, War Etc.,

13. Every effort is made to adhere to the delivery schedule, but it may be delayed in the circumstances beyond the control.

14. Transit Insurance to be arranged by you. However, required documents for claiming the insurance like damage certificate etc. will be arranged from our side.

15. The Professional Couriers has the right but not the obligation, to inspect any shipment without prior intimation to the consignor for checking the contents

16. All matters of business should be settled within the jurisdiction of the Booking station

17. Proof of Delivery will available on request and such request to be made within 30 days.

No claims will be accepted after the time limit. Due to all records of the delivery and other connected documents will be destroyed after the stipulated period.

18. Parcels shall be accompanied by the following forms to meet the requirements of sales tax authorities

19. Consignments addressed to a Post Box Number cannot be delivered.

20. No claim will be accepted beyond a period of Forty-five days from the date of booking of the consignment, nor shall any communication be entertained by the Company beyond the above period.

21. At the time of booking the consignment, the Consignor shall be required to provide a Declaration Form stating the value of the consignment and giving a detailed description of the material.

22. Every shipment shall be charged by its chargeable weight as defined hereunder and not the actual weight. The chargeable weight shall be higher of:- (a) the actual weight rounded off to the next higher half kg. Or one kg. As per the rate category agreed to or (b) the volume weight, similarly rounded off as in (c) above the Volume weight of the shipment in kg. Is its gross cubic CMS i.e. Length x Width x Height divided by 5000.

23. Our responsibility will be for the booking of the parcels and forwarding the same to the respective destinations, given on the consignment only.

24. All parcels received before 6.00pm will be booked and forwarded the same day.

25. We request you to please inform us in a day in advance in case of bulk booking to enable us to make the necessary arrangements.

26. All consignments beyond 5Kgs shall be securely strapped.

27. The rates quoted are applicable at Bangalore only.
