No cancellation charges are applied, the pickup agent has to be notified about the cancellation before arriving at your location.

When the request is made by 4 pm, the pickup will be made within 2 to 3 hours. For requests made after 4 pm, the pickup will be made on the next working day.

Yes, the agent needs to verify the shipment before booking.

Yes, the agent can refuse the pickup request of the consignment comes under the restricted/banned items as per the Indian Postal Act.

 In order to change your pickup address, the old pickup booking needs to be cancelled and new address needs to be updated for the next request

Since we do not provide packing, the same needs to be done by the customer. Kindly note if the consignment is fragile item proper packing is required to avoid damage during transit.

For damaged/short delivery, information to be brought to the notice of booking station within 24 hours and the further process will be taken by the booking station.

The reasons for non-delivery are:

  • Wrong address provided.
  • Incorrect phone number.
  • Party has refused the consignment.

If the customer avails pro premium services the delivery status will be sent via SMS. In case of normal booking shipment you can find out status about your consigment via the tracking portal (link)

Items prohibited by law cannot be couriered through Atlant Global India, which are

  • Currency
  • Indian Postal Articles and all items that infringe the Indian Postal Act of 1898
  • Precious and semi-precious stones, gems, jewellery and equivalent items
  • Perishables
  • Radioactive or magnetic material
  • Negotiable Instruments (Bearer Form)
  • Pornographic material
  • Sodexo pass
  • Firearms, explosives and military equipment
  • Flammable Items
  • Toxic and infectious Items
  • Corrosives
  • Powders and chemicals
  • Drugs
  • Machinery parts containing oil, grease, fuel or batteries
  • All restricted items as per guidelines of IATA

  • Class 9: Empty Cylinders
  • Class 10: Miscellaneous e.g. Magnets – a danger to airplane equipment.
