Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at The Professional Courier. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our branch, handling queries, and providing excellent customer service. You will also assist with branch-related system work and other administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer queries and provide information about our services.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Manage branch-related system work, including data entry and documentation.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as filing and maintaining records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills.
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with office software.
  • Basic knowledge of courier services (preferred).
