As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our branch, handling queries, and providing excellent customer service. You will also assist with branch-related system work and other administrative tasks

- Manage branch-related system work, including data entry and documentation.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing and maintaining records.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with office software.
- Basic knowledge of courier services (preferred).
